Potassium Monopersulphate or Potassium Peroxymonosulfate or Potassium Peroxomonosulfate or Potassium Peroxomonosulphate or Potassium Peroxymonosulphate or PMPS. It is present as a component of a triple salt including with the formula 2KHSO5KHSO4K2SO4. It is a white, odorless, crystalline, free-flowing solid powder that decomposes when temperature exceeds 60C. The compound provides powerful non-chlorine oxidation for a wide variety of industrial and consumer uses. It is used in oral hygiene formulations, pool and spa shock and disinfections, paper recycling, printed circuit board etching, wool shrink proofing, precious metal extraction process, etc.
